Bryant Walton is a husband, father, and ordained/licensed minister who has dedicated over 30 years to serving the underdog in ministry, including a passion for special needs ministry in Maricopa County, AZ. He balances his time between his full-time career in the financial arena in Phoenix, AZ, and his commitment to adapting basketball for those with special needs. His education includes a BS in Accounting from UC Berkeley, CA (1991), a CPA designation (1992), and a Certificate in Biblical Studies/Languages from Fuller Theological Seminary (2009). He also earned a Certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University in 2024. Notably, he was a co-captain on the UC Berkeley basketball team in 1990 and holds a current fingerprint clearance card along with Article 9 training, which enhances his ability to support special needs parents in the community.
Prisca Walton is a wife, mom, and ordained/licensed minister who has dedicated over 30 years to serving the underdog in ministry. She has been married to Bryant Walton and works tirelessly to raise her twins with respect for God and His principles. Having been raised in and delivered from poverty, she understands the importance of community support, especially for special needs parents in Maricopa County, AZ. Education includes a BA in Economics from CSU Long Beach (1990) and Pastoral Studies from Rhema Bible Training Center (2004). She is a certified AZ Substitute Teacher (2011-Current) and has been an employee in the Department of Developmental Disabilities, working with both adults and children since 2011. Currently, she holds a fingerprint clearance card and has completed training in CPR, First Aid, and Article 9. Since 2020, she has also embraced her role as a homeschool mom, incorporating adapted basketball into her children's activities to promote inclusivity and growth.
Daniel 11:32 Inc,[EIN # 04-3808825] doing business as Full Circle Help has served thousands of Arizona families and children with free food, clothing, relevant life skills, spiritual direction, and more since 2005. After Bryant and Prisca were blessed with their twins, they, with God's help, have overcome the many obstacles of having twins with Autism (Diagnosed in 2015 - age 2). Additionally, they have benefited from special needs parent support programs in Maricopa County, AZ, and have engaged their children in adapted basketball, which has been a wonderful resource for their family.
The focus of Full Circle help today is to serve special needs children and families in Maricopa County, AZ, with FREE services as funding allows. We aim to provide a structured, judgment-free space for autistic and special needs youth who want to learn, play, and most importantly make friends, including opportunities to participate in adapted basketball activities.
